Care sheet applicable for all dye sub fabric materials we offer

Handling Tips

1. If your exhibit fabric has a zipper, please keep zipper closed for storage.
2. Wrinkles can be removed with cool iron or fabric steamer.
3. Fabric should NOT be stored when damp or wet. Store in cool, dry area.
4. For storing graphics please remove from plastic packaging that was
provided and keep fabric in cool/dry place.

Washing

1. Your fabric graphic can be machine washed. Remove any
hardware attached to the fabric prior to cleaning. Use MILD
soap and cool water. Air dry fabric, dry on frame if frame
is available.
2. Fabric must be COMPLETELY dry prior to storing.
3. DO NOT DRY CLEAN

Stain Treatment

1. Treat stain from backside of fabric.
2. Remove as much of debris as possible with a soft bristle
brush (do NOT rub too hard)
3. Use a clean, lint-free white cloth. Lightly pat the stain from
the outside moving in (to keep stain from spreading)
4. If a cleaning solution is used, rinse the area well with water to
ensure NO solution is left on fabric.
5. Most stains can be treated with household fabric stain removers.
It is ALWAYS important to test how the solution will react to the
fabric. This can be tested by dabbing solution to a small corner of
the fabric. Most household cleaners will provide treatment
instructions depending on the type of stain.

Handling UV Vinyl Tips:

• Vinyl banners and rigid graphics should always be handled in a clean, dry area with clean hands. When possible, use white fabric gloves.
• Be sure vinyl/UV is clean and dry before packing. Always follow material handling and packing instructions included.
• All vinyl materials should be rolled with graphics facing in to protect the graphic printed side. Roll on a tube if available.
• Avoid folding materials to reduce the risk of crease lines and chipped inks. If a graphic must be folded, try to fold loosely and as few times as possible.

Our printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black combinations) inks and will not always translate PMS (Pantone Matching System®) colors accurately or perfectly.  
This service is strongly recommended for color-critical projects with referenced PMS colors. 
We do not print actual Pantone colors but for this service, we try our best to match as closely as possible with CMYK. 
Quantity 1 of this selection adds a color match for (1) Pantone number for (1) type of material (e.g. PMS 485 on Stretch Fabric). You may choose more if you’d like, but please note that the charge will be per color and material.

If this service is added to your order, a member of our Graphics Department will match your specific PMS color(s) as closely as possible with CMYK after you have approved your digital proofs.

Important Information and Helpful Tips:

1. Please supply an EDITABLE/LAYERED file. Acceptable file formats are: .PDF, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.
2. Please be advised that the color-matching process will add 1-2 business days to your turnaround time.
3. Please only select Pantone colors from the Color Bridge Coated Book. 
4. To see the CMYK conversion of your PMS color, you can reference the "CP," or Process Coated, swatch in the Pantone Color Bridge Coated color book (e.g. 192 CP). 
5. We do not match HEX colors, swatch numbers from other books, textures, gradients, pastels, bright neon colors, or metallic colors. 
6. Color profiles and other production factors vary and change every few months.
